Returns & Exchanges
Not loving your purchase? No worries! If you’re not satisfied we’ll gladly accept merchandise for return or exchange, as long as it:
- Is in new condition
- Is accompanied by the original packing slip or shipping confirmation email (Order and Transaction Numbers must be visible)
- Is returned within 365 days of original purchase
Thando’s is pleased to offer FREE return shipping service with the US Postal Service in the US*.
- To return your package, first email us at email@example.com to retrieve your return label.
- Then print out the USPS label and affix to your package.
- Please seal the package securely
- Please retain the tracking number for your records.**
If you would like to ship on your own: Customers can also send the item back to us at the address below using any other traceable method, at your expense. Please be certain to insure the package.** If you do not have the packing slip, please include the following information clearly written with your return:
- Your name and billing address
- The name, address and ZIP code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift
- The original invoice/confirmation email, or the order number If you choose this method you will not be reimbursed.

Once we receive your package, we will process an exchange or issue a refund*** in accordance with this policy. Refunds*** will be made in the form of the original payment. It takes at least 2 weeks to fully process a refund***.
*Cost differs for returns outside of the US
** We are not liable for lost packages. However, we will work with you to locate the package in any way we can.
***Refunds and exchanges can take up to 4 weeks to fully process on some orders.
