Not loving your purchase? We're sorry, but no worries! If you’re not satisfied we’ll gladly accept merchandise for return or exchange, as long as it:

  • Is in new condition
  • Includes the accompanying carrying pouch
  • Is accompanied by the required return authorization slip
  • Is returned within 365 days of original purchase

    • To return/exchange your order, CLICK HERE to retrieve your return authorization slip and pre-paid shipping label
    • Then print out the return authorization slip and the pre-paid shipping label 
    • Securely pack the items in an envelope or box
    • Affix the shipping label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side
    • Please seal the package securely
    • Ship package from your nearest post office
    • You can track your return from our Returns Portal.*

    Once we receive your package, we will process an exchange or issue a refund** in accordance with this policy. Refunds** will be made in the form of the original payment. It takes at least 2 weeks to fully process a refund**.

    *We are not liable for lost packages. However, we will work with you to locate the package in any way we can.
    **Refunds and exchanges can take up to 4 weeks to fully process on some orders.
